The Microgreens & Regrow bowl combo will help you grow and ReGrow a healthy addition to your diet all year round at home. What are microgreens? Microgreens are sprouts that contain high levels of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, in particular vitamins C, D and E. They can be grown all year round at home. Try the fresh taste of peas, rocket, radishes, watercress, beetroot, red cabbage and more!

However, regrowing herbs is a new trend in the kitchen and in cooking that uses regrown tops of plants, also known as ReGrow. What is ReGrow? This way of growing can be called sustainable because it uses the regenerative capacity of plants, for example by regrowing new tops that can then be used for cooking.

Microgreens have an attractive look, a rich and intense aroma and flavour, similar to that of adult plants. Use them in salads, sandwiches, smoothies, various garnishes and for decorating dishes. Microgreens can be grown in any season and usually take 1-2 weeks to grow, depending on the seeds you choose.

To grow microgreens, use perlan or absorbent gel, available in our online shop. We recommend using organic seeds or seeds designed for this type of cultivation.

Re-Grow, on the other hand, is not based on growing from seed, but from kitchen scraps. Which vegetables are suitable for regrowing? All root vegetables: carrots, leeks, celery, onions, etc.
