Microgreens are small herbs that contain large amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, especially vitamins C, D and E. They can be grown all year round at home. The plants are attractive to look at and taste similar to the mature plant. Use them in salads, sandwiches, smoothies, garnishes and for decorating dishes. The growth rate of microgreens is several weeks from sowing to harvesting, depending on the seeds you choose.

To grow microgreens, use perlan or absorbent gel, available in our online shop. We recommend using organic seeds or seeds designed for this type of cultivation.
